I am not exactly sure what to say about Stephanie…I have known her for almost 3 years now I think, and it has been quite a significant period in my life. When I first began to form a relationship with Stephanie she was just someone else who helped out with the singles ministry. We didn’t spend much time together and we were not very close and yet there was something about her that drew me to trust her. I could feel the love of Christ through her. Then about 18 months ago I entered into one of the toughest times of my life, so far. My world as I knew it was turning upside down and I had to talk to somebody immediately, for some reason, the only person I wanted to talk to was Stephanie. At the time I didn’t ever know her very well and yet she still dropped everything she was doing to help me out in a time of need. At that point we formed a friendship and a mentorship that I am extremely grateful for. Not only has Stephanie been a great friend to me but she has also become part of my family. She has shown the love and grace of God to my mom and my brother and she will always be considered a part of our family. In the last two years she has been my mentor, my sister and one of my most trusted friends. She has watched me grow in some of the most painful ways and never once made me feel any less than the princess that I am as God’s daughter. I am not sure how, but I know that she has impacted multiple people here the way that she has impacted me. She is a beautiful ambassador for Christ and her passion for God, and His will in her life, has many times been an encouragement to me showing me that things are always going to work out as long as we trust who God is and believe who we are in Him. I wish that I could be there with Stephanie in person as she is traveling around the states so that I could tell everyone there how much she means to me but since I can’t I am hoping that a letter will do.
Stephanie, just in case you have not figured it out right now, I love you and with me leaving just a few days after you get back this letter is also my way of telling you how much you mean to me. I cannot tell you how much I am going to miss you and how much you have impacted me these last few years. I am not worried about whether or not we will keep in touch because I know that no matter how much time goes by that we may not see each other the fact that you are a part of my family will never change. I love you so much and I am truly going to miss our random, way to intense, conversations. I am so excited about spending time with you when you get back so hurry up and come home.
Love always,
Erin Campbell
to 2005. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie Bucklew in July 2004. She is involved in women's ministry with Cadence International. Cadence is an organization that shares the gospel with men and women in uniform both stateside and overseas. Stephanie took time to disciple me along with three other beautiful women. Stephanie was always there to listen to us no matter what time day or night. I opened up to Stephanie and we became friends within weeks. Stephanie is a woman of God and a role model to both men and women who cross her path. You can see God's love pouring out of her...she lights up a room whenever she walks in. Her passion for God and others to know Him and Jesus is undeniable. Thank you all for supporting Stephanie. She is doing incredible things in K-town. It was through Stephanie and Cadence that I was introduced to the real Jesus Christ. Stephanie is my mentor, my "mom" but most of all, my best friend.
Stephanie,
Thank you for your love and friendship and your obedience to God our Father. You know what you mean to me and how you have helped these past two years. I am blessed to have you in my life. You are a truly a role model for all women. I love you!
Your sister in Christ,
Stacy

Here's the message you can send your home church and supporters,
“Stephanie Rocks and you should give her LOTS OF money for ministry!" :)
I could say so many wonderful things about you, but then this e-mail will be too large to send.
With much love, Amy KJ

It’s been a blessing having Stephanie working with us over the past few years. The first time I saw Stephanie was at the Cadence Summit retreat in Switzerland in February 2004. She was introduced as being a new missionary for the single military women in the Kaiserslautern area. When we came back to Germany, Stephanie was a very active part
icipant in our Thursday night single’s dinner and bible study, the Hospitality House on Friday evenings, and our Crossroads coffee house on Saturday evenings. Although her main area of focus is working with the girls, just about everyone who has attended any of our church activities in any capacity over the past few years has benefited either directly or indirectly from the gifts God has bestowed on Stephanie.
The Hospitality House in Rota Spain has also benefited from Stephanie’s fruitful work. She showed eight of us what projects needed to be accomplished and from there it was some of the best fellowship and true teamwork times I’ve ever had as we all worked together to help prepare a place for primarily Naval personnel and their families to fellowship and worship. One of the guys on our trip said one observation he’s made over the years from going on missionary trips like that is you go there to help, and you end up being the one that gets helped. That certainly was the case for me and I’m so thankful Stephanie put that mission trip together and I got to be a part of it.
Being that I’m a man I don’t know much about her discipleship and mentoring with the military women, other than there is a close bond between her and the girls she ministers to displayed at all our church functions. I thank all of you for loaning and helping to support such a gifted Christian and Missionary to us.
Thanks Again,
Mike Walker

Dear Supporters,
Thank you for your "partnership in the Gospel" with Stephanie and how that has impacted my life. I am also doing women's ministry with Cadence and living with Stephanie, and so I see several aspects of her ministry. I see her servant heart and willingness to give above and beyond to meet needs out of an attitud
e that all she has belongs to God. I see her love for and tireless availability to our troops to listen, provide Biblical counsel, and a shoulder to cry on. Her outgoing personality embraces everyone, and she is a big sister and a "mom" to many. Her leadership skills place her at the center of many projects, and among many high ranking individuals, and her unique gifting and networking abilities, along with her fluent German, make her a natural liaison. She is dependable and thorough in all she does. She is entrusted by Cadence leadership with general oversight of the KMC area, along with her new role as Single Women in Ministry (SWIM Team) Field Leader. In that role, she is guiding the birthing of a new women's model for Cadence, and shepherding the four women on our team. She is a woman of prayer and great wisdom and insight, and I have benefited on numerous occasions from both. It is a privilege to live and work alongside her, learning from her, and seeing the wide impact and many aspects to her ministry. You are touching many lives for eternity through her, including mine. Thank you, on her behalf, and mine, for investing financially and prayerfully in something that will last for eternity.
Blessings in Christ,
Sharyn Holl
